31 Day Dealing with Fear Challenge! Day 28

Challenge 28: The Battle of Praise. The Greek word used in Philippians 4:8 for praiseworthy is ep’-ahee-nos, meaning enthusiastic acknowledgment for what deserves praise.

in Psalm 34:1-3 David declared he would praise the LORD at all times, whether those times were good or bad. He cultivated a constant attitude of praise. Why does the enemy want us to focus on ourselves and our circumstances, our fears and anxieties? Because he know when we do we are no longer praising God but rather he is the one receiving our praise!
